No Experience No Problem
Step 1: Free Trial Class
Perfect if you would like to come check out our facility, coaches, and programs. Movements and workouts will be tailored to those who don’t yet have a lot of CrossFit experience. The focus will be on body weight movements and we’ll work on giving you a taste of what our CrossFit WOD is like all the while keeping you safe and wanting to come back for more. Please let us know if you plan on attending a class for your first time so we can plan to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Pick a day and time that fits your schedule and we will gladly coach your through your first CrossFit class.
Step 2: Sign up for the Elements Sessions
Since CrossFit uses such a wide variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals, we require introductory sessions to help prepare you for our program. Along with preparing you for our program we will introduce you to the CrossFit community while giving you the confidence to succeed. We have 2 options available for our elements program...
Classes will be lead by a CrossFit Coach and will have anywhere from 1-4 people per coach. Classes will include a warm-up, technique work, a short workout, followed with a cool-down. We will go over the movement standards, form, and all of the new CrossFit lingo you may encounter during your first couple weeks of CrossFit. You will leave the Elements program feeling prepared and feeling welcomed into our community. The coach will follow up with you and check-in with you regularly throughout your first 2 weeks while you transition into our regular CrossFit classes.
If the regular times for our group elements don’t work for you or you want a fast-track option to get started sooner, than the individual elements is right for you. You will work one-on-on with one of our coaches to learn all the fundamentals covered in our group elements but at a faster pace. The coach will follow up with you and check-in with you regularly throughout your first 2 weeks while you transition into our regular CrossFit classes.

If you’re an experienced CrossFitter new to the area or just looking to get back into CrossFit after taking some time off, drop in for a week for free with us. We know how important finding the right gym is and we want to make sure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us. Come check us out for a week and get a feel for our coaching, programming, and our awesome community that makes CFB such a special place.
