No Experience, No Problem

Step 1: Schedule your Free Consultation

Ready to take your first step? We know walking through the door is the hardest part. You take the first step and we’ll meet you where you’re at.

During your Free Consultation we want to learn about you! You’ll receive the following…

  • A guided tour of our facility.

  • An overview of what CrossFit is and how it works.

  • An introductory workout and movement assessment from one of our coaches.

  • A specific plan to help you crush your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

To claim your free consultation, simply complete the form below and we’ll get back to you to arrange a time for you to come in. We’ll answer any questions you may have, tell you more about how our program can help you, and get ready to welcome you to the CFB family and begin your CrossFit journey!

Step 2: Sign up for The Elements Jumpstart Package

After your Free Consultation if you’re ready to level up your life and take control of your health and fitness while meeting new friends and having fun, we’ll get you signed up for our Elements Package.

Since CrossFit uses such a wide variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals, we require introductory sessions to help prepare you for our program.  The goal of The Jumpstart Package is to help new members build their skills and knowledge around our foundational movements, class structure, terminology, training concepts, recovery, mindset, nutrition, and all things CrossFit. This program is key in developing a solid foundation for your CrossFit journey and building the confidence needed to succeed.

 

Option 2
Experienced CrossFitters

Step 1: Free Trial Week

If you’re an experienced CrossFitter new to the area or just looking to get back into CrossFit after taking some time off, drop in for a week for free with us.  We know how important finding the right gym is and we want to make sure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us.  Come check us out for a week and get a feel for our coaching, programming, and our awesome community that makes CFB such a special place.  Please let us know if you plan on dropping in by shooting us an email or giving us a ring ahead of time.
