Since CrossFit uses such a wide variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals, we require introductory sessions to help prepare you for our program. Along with preparing you for our program we will introduce you to the CrossFit community while giving you the confidence to succeed. We have 2 options available for our elements program...
Classes will be lead by a CrossFit Coach and will have anywhere from 1-4 people per coach. Classes will include a warm-up, technique work, a short workout, followed with a cool-down. We will go over the movement standards, form, and all of the new CrossFit lingo you may encounter during your first couple weeks of CrossFit. You will leave the Elements program feeling prepared and feeling welcomed into our community. The coach will follow up with you and check-in with you regularly throughout your first 2 weeks while you transition into our regular CrossFit classes.

If the regular times for our group elements don’t work for you or you want a fast-track option to get started sooner, than the individual elements is right for you. You will work one-on-on with one of our coaches to learn all the fundamentals covered in our group elements but at a faster pace. The coach will follow up with you and check-in with you regularly throughout your first 2 weeks while you transition into our regular CrossFit classes.
