How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?
I have been doing Crossfit for a year now. I got involved because I watched my two best friends do Crossfit with phenomenal gains in their overall level of fitness. Its amazing to see what the human body is capable of.

I have managed to find myself in CrossFit and it's community. I continue to learn about my body's strengths and weaknesses on a daily basis. All the while loving every minute of it.

My favorite WOD would have to be open WOD 17.1. Because I'm crazy like that. 😜
Favorite thing about coaching and what is my style?
My favorite thing about coaching is helping people learn something new. I always hope to be a helpful and knowledgeable coach, as well as maintaining a fun learning environment for everyone around.
