November Events

November 3: FREE Friday! 

*Starting this month and going forward, the 1st Friday of every month will be "FREE Friday!"  You can show up on your own, come with a current member, or bring another friend to try it out with. We are opening up our doors to invite people in to experience CrossFit with us.


October 30-Dec 15th: L.I.F.E. after 50, 6 week bootcamp (minus the week of Thanksgiving)

L.I.F.E. class stands for Longevity in Functional Efficiency and is geared towards people ages 50 and up who want to experience CrossFit among their peers rather than with athletes half their age.  There is NO experience necessary to start this class, we meet you where you are and you can sign up at anytime for a pro-rated price.  

L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts - a "gentle" version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity.  We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be all while having fun and gaining friendships through fitness!


November 18th: The Brawl of the Wild, CAT/GRIZ!

It's the BIG game day. make sure to come to class decked out in your CAT gear and I guess if your team of choice is the Griz you can wear your gear too:-) 


November 19th: Basic Life Support CPR/AED Class

Come join us to update your credentials or to get them for the first time.  We are keeping our coaches up to date with their credentials, but anyone else is welcome to join us.  Cost is $55 and class will be from 1:30-4:30.  Please contact if you plan on attending. 


Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule:

Wednesday the 22nd: NO 6:30pm WOD

Thursday the 23rd: ONLY 1 WOD at 9am

Friday the 24th: ONLY 1 WOD at 10am

Saturday the 25th: Normal 9am WOD

Sunday the 26th: Normal 4:30pm WOD
