How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?

I started doing Crossfit at the age of 13. I got started because I was overweight. At the age of 15, I was being bullied for my weight and decided to start the paleo diet. Soon after I started competing which is when I really fell in love with Crossfit.


 Certs, degree, athletic achievements etc…

  • Level 1 certification.

  • Now a senior at MSU.  

  • Regionals 2014

  • Wodapalooza in Miami - individual 2015, Team 2016 - 13th place, Team 2017 - 29th place

  • Granite Games 2016 13th place individual


Favorite WOD and why?

Any combination with Muscle ups, heavy snatches, and rowing or running.


Favorite thing about coaching and what is my style?

My favorite thing about coaching is that moment when a client/athlete figures out they are capable of something that they couldn't do five minutes prior. First time doing a Muscle Up, PR a lift, etc..
