How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?

I have been doing Crossfit for 2.5 years. I got started because the variety was addicting and I couldn't squat. I was such a shame to my family!

Favorite WOD and why?

Cindy -it's a short man's game for those with a good strength to weight ratio.

 

Favorite thing about coaching and what is my style?

I love that it is a never ending process. There is always more to learn and perfect. As a coach, I really push for movement quality. I'll take a beautiful snatch at 135 over a terrible one at 225 any day. There are numerous ways to improve a movement beyond the weight on the bar. At the end of the day, I want you to be a better mover for life. It takes time and patience, but it's worth it.
