CrossFit WOD: Workout of the Day

This is our core class, open to all members who have completed the Elements Course or who have prior CrossFit experience.  Our daily CrossFit program is geared towards inclusivity, scalability, and results.  The primary objective of our CrossFit class is to effectively and safely elevate your quality of life and to make you better in and outside the gym. The daily CrossFit class includes a coach led warm-up, mobility, skill work, movement prep and review, a WOD, and a cool-down.  We aim to hit the desired stimulus in each WOD; the sweet spot where intensity meets technique. Consistency, commitment and a desire to improve yourself are key to achieving results. All skill levels are welcomed and will be challenged in this class.


Olympic Lifting Class

This class is for those who want to improve their strength and increase proficiency in the Olympic style lifts.   Athletes will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.  Beginners will focus on proper positions before adding weight and speed.  Intermediate to advanced lifters will focus on speed and refinement of technique.  Class is one hour long and all levels are welcome, but you must have graduated from the Elements program or have at least 3 months of prior CrossFit experience.



Private coaching is an efficient way to achieve your individual goals by allowing you the time and attention necessary for improvements.  Our coaches offer one-on-one training and can be contacted through the email listed in their bios or during class.  Please inquire with any coach and we’ll work as a team to place you with the coach whose strengths most closely align with your goals.  All one-on-one sessions are an additional charge and must be paid in advance.

One-on-One pricing for CFB members:

  • 30 min skill session for $25

  • 60 min skill session for $55

  • 6 session package for $300 ($50/session)

One-on-One pricing for Non-CFB members:

  • 30 min skill session for $30

  • 60 min skill session for $60

  • 6 session package for $330 ($55/session)


Elements Sessions

Since CrossFit uses such a wide variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals, we require introductory sessions to help prepare you for our program.  Along with preparing you for our program we will introduce you to the CrossFit community while giving you the confidence to succeed.


CrossFit Kids Class

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program that is designed specifically to promote a lifelong love of fitness for kids and teens. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). A vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
