How long have you been doing CrossFit and how did you get started?
I first experienced CrossFit in 2008 when I lived in San Diego, and I was amazed at how effective a workout regimen it was. Several moves and two children later, I wanted to get back into shape and I knew that CrossFit would be the best way to do it. I looked for a great gym and I started at CrossFit Bozeman in September of 2016.

Favorite WOD and why?
DT is my favorite. I love doing barbell work, and this WOD has plenty of that!
Favorite thing about coaching and what is my style?
One of the things I love about CrossFit is that it helps people do things that they weren't able to do before. My favorite thing about coaching is being able to help people learn new skills and gain confidence.
Are you available for personal training or available if I have questions?
I would love to help beginner or novice athletes who desire one on one training to strengthen and refine their foundational skills and movements.
