We are running another 30 day challenge starting just after spring break! Here are the details:
Dates: Monday, March 18 - Sunday, April 14th
Anyone is welcome to join in on this challenge, members and non-members!
We will be using the Isagenix 30 Day system . If you already have an Isagenix account you will need to order your 30 day system no later then Monday, March 11th.
If you do not have an Isagenix account, you will need to see Lisa or email lisa@crossfitbozeman.com and she will assist you in getting your products ordered.
The program consists of:
6 "shake days" and 1 "cleanse day" each week for 4 weeks.
you will also take before and after photos & measurements
What is a Shake Day?
You will consume 2 Isagenix IsaLean meal replacement shakes, either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. You will also have 1-3 additional meals and snacks throughout the day consisting of lean proteins, healthy fats, veggies and some fruit. The Isagenix shakes are made from undenatured whey protein which comes from grassfed hormone and antibiotic free cows, active enzymes for proper digestion and ionic trace minerals needed for the absorption of nutrients at the cellular level - This is the absolute best quality REAL FOOD meal replacment shake you can get anywhere. No exaggeration!
What is a Cleanse Day?
On day 7, you will complete a 24 hour cellular cleanse. This is not a colon cleanse and you do not need to worry about staying near the bathroom all day. Every 4 hours you will drink 4oz of the Isagenix Cleanse for Life juice, you will have small wafer snacks throughout the day to keep your insulin level and you will drink lots of water. On this day you will also avoid strenuous exercise so, that means no CrossFit on this day! On day 8 you will wake up feeling clean, lighter and refreshed! Fat loss is a side effect of this cellular cleanse. As your body flushes out toxins it will also release any excess fat cells your body has been holding on to in order to protect you and your organs from those toxins. Even lean, high level athletes need to cleanse, they are actually exposed to 3x the amount of toxins as a non-athlete simply because they breathe in more of our toxic air and there is no excess fat to protect their organs from the toxins.
We have found that due to the high quality ingredients in the Isagenix products and when used in combination with CrossFit, the majority of athletes we work with maintain their muscle mass during the 30 day system.
Check out this video to learn more about how and why Isagenix works for CrossFit athletes, including 2012 CrossFit Games Northwest Regional Champion, Yurii Hanson. You might see your coaches in this video too:)
